We laid a new Tarmac® for a customer in Torquay, Devon. Torquay is also known as English Riviera.
The client had an existing drive which was in poor condition and was 55m². This drive was used to access the property and for parking purposes. So, to remove the existing drive we used a mini digger which took which days.
Once the old surface was removed and compacted for 20mm in hard stone. We then used a compacter and a roller to make sure it was solid. We also ensured to create a stable surface for new Tarmac®. We then laid a 50-60mm thickness of Tarmac® to the drive.
We finished off the edges using a block paving border. These are head-wearing and very stable and provide a high-quality finish to your drive.
