We laid a new Tarmac® for a resident in Newton Abbot, which is a town in Torbay.

 

We resurfaced the drive and also created a gravel area which had 20mm pink chippings. The client had an existing drive which was in poor condition. This drive was used to access the property and for parking purposes.

 

So, to remove the existing drive we used a mini digger.

 

Once the old surface was removed and compacted for 20mm in hard stone. We then used a compacter and a roller to make sure it was solid. We also ensured to create a stable surface for new Tarmac®.

We then laid a 50-60mm thickness of the base coat and a top coat of 30-40mm Tarmac® to the drive.

We finished off the edges using a block paving border. These are head-wearing and very stable and provide a high-quality finish to your drive.
